Reporting a bug
Tell us whether you use Pastea on Mac, iPhone, or iPad; your Pastea and operating-system versions; your device model; and what you did just before it went wrong. On Mac, find the Pastea version in Pastea → Settings → Updates.
What happens next
A person reads every message. We'll get back to you as soon as we reasonably can, Pastea is a small team, so that's a real answer rather than an automated one.
Privacy requests are handled in line with applicable law, and we may need to verify your identity before acting on some of them.
One limit worth knowing: your clipboard history lives on your devices and, if you enable sync, in your private iCloud database. It is not on our servers. We can't retrieve, restore, or delete it remotely; you control it from your devices. The privacy controls in Help cover how.
